All-Weather, All-Year:

We operate 24/7/365. When it's 90°F and sunny, we're outside. When it's dumping snow or 10°F below, our dogs still need care, enrichment, and clean runs. Good cold-weather gear and waterproof boots are essential.

You will be on your feet moving dogs, bending, lifting 40-50 lb feed bags, scrubbing kennels, scooping yards, weed-eating fence lines, and filling holes. Reliability is

What You'll Do Hands-On Care:

Oversee feeding routines, fresh water, and prompt administration of basic oral/topical medications.

Health & Safety Vigilance:

Monitor physical condition, energy levels, and health markers for every dog in our care; spot and report subtle changes early.

Playgroup Management:

Assess dog body language to build and supervise balanced, cohesive daycare groups based on play style and temperament.

Training Support:

Collaborate directly with our professional trainers to reinforce foundational manners, boundaries, and learned skills for board & train dogs.

Facility Sanitation & Ranch Chores:

Maintain clean, sanitized kennel suites, common spaces, and yards; handle routine grounds upkeep including lawn care, weed-eating, and yard maintenance.

Client Care & Administration:

Greet owners at drop-off and pick-up, handle phone and email inquiries, schedule bookings, and track down/verify required vaccination records. What We're Looking For Genuine passion for dogs Willingness to work in all Montana weather conditions. Strong communication skills and professional customer service when interacting with pet owners. High attention to detail regarding sanitation, medications, and client instructions. Prior experience in a kennel, veterinary clinic, shelter, ranch, or working dog environment is a plus, but we are fully willing to train the right work ethic.

Hours:

15-25 hours/week to start (Primarily Day & Swing Shifts; weekend/holiday availability required)

Pay:
