We are hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Apex, NC and provide one-on-one outpatient therapy services within an Independent Living community. This is not your typical OT role. This role is a great fit for an OT who wants: One-on-one patient care Meaningful relationships with older adults A flexible schedule Clinical autonomy with team support A work environment that feels positive, personal, and therapist-led In this role, you will: Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide one-on-one occupational therapy services Address ADLs, IADLs, safety, functional mobility, cognition, strength, and overall independence Collaborate with community staff to support aging in place Complete documentation in a timely and compliant manner Supervise COTAs as needed

Qualifications:
