Key Qualifications:

Current Occupational Therapist license Experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly preferred Strong communication skills for engaging with students, teachers, and parents Ability to develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals Effective time management and adaptability in dynamic environments

Role Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to a diverse student population Assess students and create tailored intervention strategies in collaboration with IEP teams Deliver direct and indirect therapy sessions in accordance with IEPs Record accurate progress notes and maintain compliance with documentation standards Offer consultative support to teachers and staff on classroom accommodations and sensory strategies Communicate regularly with families, supporting them in reinforcing skills at home Participate in team meetings and student support activities as required This position is contracted for 30 hours per week, starting as soon as possible and continuing through the end of October.
