Job Description
Qualifications & Experience:
Current, active Occupational Therapy license in North Carolina (please provide evidence of licensure) Experience delivering OT services within school settings Familiarity with ECATS (Exceptional Children Accountability Tracking System) is required Strong communication, documentation, and organizational abilities Comfortable adapting to an itinerant role (multiple school sites) Previous school-based OT or pediatric experience preferredRole Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques to enhance students functional skills in school environments Maintain thorough records and documentation in compliance with both school and state guidelines, utilizing ECATS Collaborate closely with teachers, other service providers, and families to maximize student outcomes Adapt service delivery and schedules as needed across assigned school locations Participate in team meetings, assessments, and IEP planningPosition Details & Perks:
