? Make a Meaningful Impact as an Occupational Therapist As a Full-Time Occupational Therapist , you'll play an essential role in helping patients achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life.
You will:
Evaluate patients' functional abilities and occupational performance. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Provide high-quality, patient-centered occupational therapy services. Help patients improve their strength, mobility, coordination, independence, and ability to participate in daily activities. Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to achieve the best possible outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. ✅ Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program . Current, valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of practice. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. ?
