Deliver tailored occupational therapy interventions and support to students onsite Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement IEPs Assess students needs and progress, documenting outcomes and adapting plans as required Engage in ongoing communication with team members to ensure alignment of student goals Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with all state and school regulations
