9661036-27823 Job Description Step into a rewarding part-time contract opportunity as a Physical Therapist serving a K-12 caseload through a blend of onsite and virtual (VOCO) service delivery. This role offers flexibility while enabling you to make a measurable difference in student outcomes. Starting as soon as possible and continuing through early June 2027, you will have the chance to shape and support the physical development and well-being of students.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

Current licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist Experience with K-12 students in a school-based setting preferred Comfortable working with both onsite and virtual (VOCO) therapy models Ability to manage a caseload with varied needs and age ranges Proficient in providing assessment, direct therapy, and indirect consult services Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit for participation in multidisciplinary teams and IEP meetings

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and indirect therapy services per DPI guidelines (1 hour direct to 0.5 hour indirect ratio) Conduct comprehensive student assessments and contribute to IEP planning Consult with educators and families to maximize student progress Provide complete and timely documentation per school and regulatory standards Collaborate with other professionals across disciplines to promote holistic student care
