Position Overview:
We're looking for a skilled and dedicated OTR/L to collaborate with patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

You'll assess functional abilities, provide therapeutic interventions, and work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, limitations, and occupational performance areas. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals and needs. Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities. Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques, equipment usage, and home programs. Document patient progress, treatment interventions, and discharge recommendations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic treatment outcomes. Stay current with evidence-based practices and professional standards.

Qualifications:
Master's Degree or above in Occupational Therapy Licensed Occupational Therapist in North Carolina (NCBOT)
