Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active North Carolina Occupational Therapy (OT) license required Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program (OTR) Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently across multiple school sites Adaptability and teamwork mindset Dedication to inclusive, student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for students ages K-12 Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet students' IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and other special education staff Document therapy services, progress, and updates in accordance with district policies Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning Offer training and support to school staff as needed Travel to multiple schools within the district as part of caseload
