1 Description American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for an Acute Care Hospital setting, requiring experience in outpatient orthopedic post-operative hand/wrist therapy and custom orthosis fabrication. Details Acute care hospital setting within the OT department Day shift schedule, Monday through Thursday 8:40am-4:30pm and Friday 8am-1pm Schedule flexibility considered Requirements Current, active OTR license (if applicable) Experience with outpatient orthopedic post-operative hand/wrist cases required Experience with dynamic and static custom fabrication of orthoses required CHT certification preferred Two professional references required for consideration Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration Additional Information Focus on hand and wrist rehabilitation following orthopedic surgery Fabricate custom orthoses using both dynamic and static techniques
