OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
(OT) - LIBERTY
COMMONS OF HALIFAX COUNTY
Liberty Health and Rehab Weldon, NC Professional Licensed Health Care Per Diem, Per Diem, Varies Posted 03/03/2026 Req # 55467 Liberty Cares With Compassion At Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services, we promote a challenging, but rewarding opportunity in a caring environment. We are currently seeking an experienced:
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
(OT) Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support.
Job Requirements:
EDUCATION
Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
CERTIFICATE / LICENSE
Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
EXPERIENCE
Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
