Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid OT license in the state or eligibility for licensure prior to start Experience working in a K-12 educational or pediatric setting is preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Adaptability and enthusiasm for engaging with diverse student populations
Responsibilities & Duties:
Screen, evaluate, and provide occupational therapy services to students per individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes Maintain accurate records and progress notes in accordance with district and state guidelines Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to support best practices in school-based therapy
