Whether providing direct client care, developing individualized treatment plans, you'll play a key role in enhancing clients' independence, safety, and overall quality of life. As a Occupational Therapist, you will: Provide Direct Care- Evaluate clients by obtaining and interpreting subjective and objective data. Develop personalized treatment plans with short-term and long-term goals, ensuring they align with physician orders. Maintain high standards of care while adapting to different environments and client needs. Maintain Accurate Client Records and Billing
- Document all services accurately and timely using Vivie's EMR system. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all payer sources and authorization requirements. Document collaboration with COTAs and perform supervisory visits for HHAs as per regulatory guidelines. Communicate Effectively and Collaboratively
- Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients, families, referral sources, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team. Utilize exceptional verbal and written communication skills to ensure cohesive and effective care delivery. Ensure Regulatory Compliance
- Complete and document supervisory visits with OTAs and CNAs in accordance with state and regulatory guidelines. Other Duties as Assigned
