School Year Position Overview:

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based position in Amherst, New Hampshire for the 20262027 school year. This role offers a balanced caseload across multiple grade levels and the opportunity to work within specialized programs in a supportive district environment.

Position Details:

20262027 school year Minimum of 31 hours per week Split caseload: elementary and high school students

Schedule:

3 days at the elementary level, 2 days at the high school (flexible scheduling available) Includes opportunities to work within specialized programs

Key Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to students in a school setting Develop and implement IEP goals based on student needs Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations as needed Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy Active New Hampshire OT license (or ability to obtain) Previous school-based experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills
