Adhere to performance and safety standards in the shop. Welding and fabrication skills needed. Electrical, hydraulic and mechanical skills needed. Ability to communicate well with others and work independently.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical experience required on Aerial Lifts, mobile equipment, construction, farm equipment, forestry equipment or similar
• Be able to troubleshoot, breakdown and diagnose problems
• Must have basic computer skills Must have own Mechanical tools

• Welding/Fabrication skills

• Must be reliable
• Must have analytical skills
• Must pay attention to detail
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have good time management skills
• Must be punctual A plus but not required:
• Equipment paint experience
