Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments for elementary students to determine therapy needs Develop and execute individualized therapy plans within a school-based framework Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing professional input to team discussions Deliver direct and consultative OT services, adapting approaches for varying abilities Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress Partner with educators to integrate OT strategies into classroom environments Communicate regularly with families regarding therapy plans and student progress This part-time schedule allows for a balanced work-life routine while still providing continuity of care throughout the full academic year.
