•55/hour | PRNWe are hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) on a PRN basis in Keene, NH. Join a collaborative rehabilitation setting where you can provide individualized care focused on helping residents strengthen functional abilities and participate more independently in daily activities.



What You'll DoEvaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy plans of careProvide skilled treatment addressing daily living skills, strength, coordination, cognition, balance, and functional performanceEstablish appropriate therapy goals and monitor resident progressRecommend adaptive strategies and equipment to improve safety and independenceAdjust treatment approaches based on individual needs and clinical progressEducate residents and caregivers on techniques that support daily functionMaintain clear and timely clinical documentationCoordinate care with COTAs and other members of the interdisciplinary teamWhat We Offer$50
