. Occupational Therapist We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide individualized therapy services that help patients improve functional abilities, independence, and quality of life. The Occupational Therapist will assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with healthcare professionals and caregivers.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients' functional abilities, mobility, coordination, and daily living skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, activities, and interventions to improve strength, coordination, and independence.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living and functional tasks.
  • Recommend adaptive equipment and techniques when appropriate.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home programs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Follow safety, infection control, and professional practice standards.

Qualifications:
  • Current Occupational Therapist license in the applicable state.
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Previous clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of rehabilitation, therapeutic techniques, and patient care.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
