Job Description

Make a meaningful difference in students lives while enjoying a flexible, part-time contract role as a school-based Occupational Therapist. This opportunity is based near Swanzey, NH, working hands-on with two dynamic charter school campusesthe Gathering Waters locations in Keene (grades 5 and up) and Surry Village Charter Schools lower grades in nearby Surry, only a short drive apart. As a valued colleague, you will collaborate closely with school leadership to design a weekly schedule that matches both school and personal preferences. Your services will include a blend of direct therapy sessions and consultative support designed to maximize student independence and classroom integration.
What were looking for:
Current New Hampshire Occupational Therapy certification Prior experience in school-based OT settings highly preferred Strong ability to manage direct sessions and consultative services across multiple sites Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Flexible, positive attitude and adept at scheduling across different campus environments Reliable transportation to move between Keene and Surry as needed In this role, your responsibilities will include: Delivering direct OT services to students as outlined in their IEPs, with established frequencies at each campus Consulting regularly with staff and families to share strategies, progress, and recommendations Documenting intervention sessions and progress monitoring in accordance with school requirements Participating in school meetings and supporting staff development related to occupational therapy best practices If you are excited to empower students through innovative OT services and value working in an environment that supports work-life balance, we encourage you to apply.
