This role is ideal for an OT who values purposeful work, collaborative environments, and the flexibility of part-time hours while helping children build the functional skills they need to reach their full potential. What We're Looking For Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current New Jersey Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) Experience working with infants, children, and adolescents in clinical, school, or community settings Experience with sensory processing, fine motor development, self-care skills, and developmental delays preferred Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus A passion for nonprofit work and a commitment to providing equitable access to quality pediatric care Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and a collaborative, family-centered approach to treatment Schedule & Location Hours available Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM Flexible part-time schedule On-site at our pediatric clinic in Elizabeth, NJ Possible hybrid opportunities depending on client needs Opportunities for treatment-focused or evaluation-focused positions
