LADACIN (Lifetime Assistance for Developmental and Challenging Individual Needs) has been in the business for more than 75 years and is a non-profit agency whose mission is to provide a continuum of care, including educational, therapeutic, social, residential, and support services to infants, children, and adults with complex physical and developmental disabilities or delays. The Position:
The Occupational Therapist provides school-based therapy services to support students' IEP goals. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing and implementing therapy plans, maintaining documentation, collaborating with staff and families, and ensuring therapy hours are met. Requires a Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, NJ licensure, NJ DOE certification, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
The Location:
