Occupational Therapist (OT) / Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Homeside Rehab Join Our Growing Home Health Team! Homeside Rehab is a premier home health provider committed to delivering high-quality, individualized rehabilitation services in the comfort of our patients' homes. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our growing team throughout Northern New Jersey . If you're passionate about helping patients improve their independence, functional abilities, and quality of life while enjoying a flexible schedule and supportive clinical team, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations (OTs) and develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals. Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skills, upper extremity function, coordination, sensory processing, and overall functional independence. Deliver skilled therapy services in patients' homes while promoting improved function and quality of life. Complete accurate, timely, and compliant electronic documentation. Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, adaptive equipment, and therapeutic techniques. Communicate effectively with office staff regarding scheduling, patient progress, and clinical needs. Qualifications Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License (Required) Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, Early Intervention, or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently in a home health setting Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation Valid New Jersey driver's license and reliable transportation

Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem Compensation:
$65.00-$80.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
