Design and implement individualized occupational therapy plans for patients with a variety of diagnoses, including cardiac, orthopedic, renal, and pulmonary conditions Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patients' strengths, weaknesses, and functional abilities Develop and implement tailored interventions to improve patients' cognitive, physical, and emotional functioning Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and development of patient-centered treatment plans Educate patients, families, and caregivers on occupational therapy techniques and strategies to promote independence and safety Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory guidelines and center policies About the

Requirements:
