Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care Provide skilled occupational therapy services to help patients achieve functional goals Supervise and support Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs), including guidance and progress review Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and progress Ensure safe and effective treatment practices, adjusting interventions as needed Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

Valid New Jersey Occupational Therapist license Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Skilled nursing facility experience preferred Familiarity with Rehab Optima (or similar EMR) is a plus New graduates welcome to apply Occupational Therapist Newton, NJ 07860 $45
