Key Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based OT, home health, and teletherapy settings Current Medicaid NCI # required Successful completion of a background check Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families Commitment to student-centered, evidence-based practice

Your Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and design individualized treatment plans aligned with students' educational needs Deliver occupational therapy services in-person and via teletherapy to ensure accessibility Document progress, maintain compliance with Medicaid and school documentation requirements, and participate in IEP meetings as needed Offer strategies and training to support teachers in carrying out accommodations within the classroom Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
