Key Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapist license Experience in school-based OT, home health OT, and/or teletherapy OT preferred Possession of a valid Medicaid NCI number Successful completion of a background check Comfortable working with a caseload of approximately 8 students

Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized OT interventions to students in alignment with educational and health goals Collaborate with educational staff, caregivers, and families for holistic support Maintain accurate records and track student progress in compliance with Medicaid and educational standards Provide services on-site and, as needed, via home health visits or teletherapy platforms Uphold best practices in school-based occupational therapy
