Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students' lives. This contract position calls for a dedicated professional with a strong background in occupational therapy across school, home health, and teletherapy environments. Supporting students in a nurturing educational setting close to Rowe, NM, you'll bring specialized skills to address diverse needs—empowering each individual to flourish both academically and personally. Enjoy the perfect balance of flexibility and consistency, working just one day per week (Mondays, 7:45 AM-2:45 PM), with responsibility for an engaging caseload of approximately 8 students. Harness your expertise and compassion to develop and implement therapy plans that maximize student participation and success.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapy license (OT) with relevant school-based experience Proven background in home health and teletherapy OT preferred Familiarity with IEP processes and collaboration with educational teams Current Medicaid NCI number required Able to pass a comprehensive background check Outstanding communication and documentation skills Resourceful, adaptable, and enthusiastic about working with children
