What You'll Do:

Provide individualized and group occupational therapy services to students ranging from early childhood through adolescence Collaborate closely with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to create effective treatment plans Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop targeted intervention strategies Document evaluations, progress, and therapy results in compliance with district and regulatory requirements Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise to support each students educational goals Stay current on best practices and compliance standards in pediatric occupational therapy

What Were Looking For:

Valid Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility) for the state Masters degree in Occupational Therapy (required) Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment Willingness to work full-time, on-site, and travel if needed
