Key Qualifications:
Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) Masters degree in Occupational Therapy is required Experience working within pediatric or school-based environments Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Flexibility to adapt therapy plans to individual students needs
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of students physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to design effective treatment plans Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions to help students achieve their academic and developmental goals Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings Serve as a valuable resource for staff and families, promoting strategies for classroom success Uphold ethical and professional standards while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment This position offers more than professional growth.
