Qualifications and Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required Hold a current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) State licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist Background working with pediatric populations in educational or clinical settings Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a diverse student population Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with multidisciplinary teams Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and families Maintain detailed records of assessments, progress, and outcomes Attend meetings, complete reports, and participate in ongoing professional development Adapt intervention strategies to meet the unique needs of each child Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
