Monitor clients as they carry out the task given to them. Observe & assess clients progress and prepare detailed reports accordingly. Maintain safe and clean working environment. Maintain documentation of client care services by auditing records. Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams & contributes to team effort.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Current New York State OT License. Experience in an Assisted Living settings preferred. Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience. Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed patient expectations. Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
