Skills & Qualifications:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility to obtain) Experience delivering OT services in a school, pediatric, or similar setting preferred Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, families, and support teams Excellent organizational and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students needs and strengths related to motor function, sensory integration, and adaptive behaviors Develop and deliver evidence-based intervention plans, working closely with educators within the classroom setting Monitor student progress, maintain up-to-date records, and adjust interventions as needed Participate in IEP meetings, providing valuable input on goals, accommodation strategies, and progress updates Educate teachers and families, offering practical strategies to support student development Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork to foster inclusive, supportive learning environments
