Youll work with a manageable and well-organized caseload of 28 students, ranging from PreK to 12th grade, across a supportive environment that values both collaboration and professional autonomy. This contract position offers a stable schedule30 hours per week across four daysgiving you meaningful worklife balance. Most of your week will focus on individualized services and small-group interventions, with one day dedicated to specific interventions, allowing you to use your specialized skills to their fullest.

Qualifications:

Active and valid Ohio Occupational Therapy license required Experience with school-based OT services preferred Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation Strong collaboration and communication abilities Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:
