Description:
Flexible Schedule | Therapist-Owned & Operated Concept Rehab is seeking PRN Occupational Therapists (OTs) to provide services across multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout the greater Dayton, Ohio area. Choose the locations that work best for you. Therapists are not expected to work at every facility. Assignments are based on your preferred geographic area, scheduling availability, and commute.

Dayton Kettering Centerville Yellow Springs Waynesville Competitive compensation is offered and is based on experience, qualifications, and applicable market factors.
Requirements:
What You'll Do Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans. Deliver skilled occupational therapy services that improve independence, safety, and quality of life. Address activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, cognition, positioning, and functional mobility. Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as appropriate. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary care teams. Participate in care conferences and discharge planning. Recommend adaptive equipment and therapeutic interventions to maximize patient outcomes. Complete timely, accurate documentation and daily billing. Educate residents, caregivers, and facility staff on restorative and functional maintenance programs. Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy. Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of Ohio. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
