Job Description
- Job Title: Booth Operator and Machine Operator Openings - $22 an hour for 1st, $25 an hour for 2nd or 3rd
- Job Description
- As a Booth Operator, you will set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape sheet metal according to blueprint specifications. You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of finished parts by selecting appropriate tooling and dies for each job, measuring and inspecting parts, and making necessary adjustments to machine settings.
- Responsibilities
- + Setup and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape sheet metal according to blueprint specifications.
+ Select appropriate tooling and dies for each job.
+ Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
+ Make adjustments to machine settings as needed.
+ Monitor machine operation to detect any issues or malfunctions.
+ Perform routine maintenance on press brake machines.
+ Conduct manual wash and prep processes.
+ Handle color changeovers and paint application equipment and procedures.
+ Apply powder coating and powder coat painting.
- Essential Skills
- + Experience in setting up and operating press brake machines. + Ability to measure and inspect finished parts for quality assurance. + Skill in selecting tooling and dies for sheet metal jobs. + Proficiency in making adjustments to machine settings. + Experience in performing routine maintenance on machinery.
- Additional Skills & Qualifications
- + Powder coat painting experience is preferred.

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $22.
00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
