Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Enhance lives and foster student success by utilizing your expertise as an Occupational Therapist in a dynamic educational setting near Hilliard, OH. Key Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapist license issued by the state of Ohio Experience with pediatric or school-based therapy preferred Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Adaptability to different school environments and student needs Ability to motivate and engage children and adolescents
Core Responsibilities:
Evaluate students to determine therapy needs and functional goals Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs Deliver direct therapy sessions to support fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments Document student progress and maintain accurate records Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations or modifications
