Job Duties:

This is a hospital setting position to play a crucial role in supporting all age groups. Provide comprehensive evaluations and assessments. Collaborate with other staff to ensure coordinated care. Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and equipment to aid. Educate patients and their families on strategies to improve daily living skills. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.

Qualifications:
