Join our dedicated team of over 50 employees who have been providing exceptional care to local communities for over 20 years. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and make a positive impact in the lives of our patients.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to work in an Acute Care and/or Home Health setting. The OT will be responsible for: Conducting evaluations, treatments, and discharges Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants Developing and implementing individualized plans of care to restore maximum function due to injury, disease, or physical disability Coordinating with assistants to ensure effective execution of treatment plans and achieving patient's maximum function
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy school Must be licensed by the State of Ohio OTPTAT Board or in the process of obtaining licensure
