Job Description

vaccines Responsibilities Conduct assessments to develop personalized occupational therapy plans for residents. Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving daily living skills and overall functionality. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for each resident. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on resident needs. Educate residents and their families about therapy goals and techniques for continued improvement. Participate in discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions for residents returning home or to other care settings. Requirements Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Ohio. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and occupational health practices. Experience in case management and developing care plans is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
