Pay $55-60/hour | Dallas, OR | Occupational Therapist (OT) | School-Based | Part-Time | 2026-2027 School Year Position Details Occupational Therapist (OT) role Position for the 2026-2027 school year Dallas, OR area In-person, part-time position (0.6 FTE) About the Role Hello OTs! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is looking for a part-time Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Dallas, OR area. We're seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting. Why Join Us Competitive pay ($55-60/hour) W-2 employment with liability insurance included 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses Mentorship and ongoing support from school-based professionals What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy services in the school setting Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed What We're Looking For Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy Active Oregon OT License Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
