Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist - PRN who can provide consistent hours to join our dynamic team. This flexible position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact to older adults in Senior Living Communities. Duties Conduct thorough occupational therapy assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), promoting independence and safety in their routines. Document clinical findings accurately using electronic health records (EHR) systems while maintaining compliance with medical documentation standards. Educate patients and their families about treatment goals and adaptive tools for daily success.

Requirements:

Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

Pay:

$55.00 per hour
