Job Description

SIGNING BONUS
Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team beginning in August 2026. This role involves providing occupational therapy services to children in both school-based programs and our outpatient clinics. The ideal candidate has strong clinical skills, enjoys collaboration, and is passionate about supporting children's functional and academic success.
Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and provide individualized occupational therapy services to children with a range of developmental, physical, and sensory needs. Develop and implement treatment plans that align with educational and clinical goals. Deliver therapy in local schools and/or in our family-centered outpatient clinic, which serves children from birth to 21 years of age. Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs/OTAs), including reviewing documentation, providing regular guidance, and ensuring high-quality care. Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote progress and generalization of skills.
Qualifications:
Current Pennsylvania OT license (or eligibility to obtain). Experience working in pediatric and/or school settings preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills. Ability to travel to assigned school locations (mileage reimbursement provided).
