Job Description

Requirements Candidate must be a qualified therapist with: Passion for working with children with disabilities Proven working experience as a pediatric occupational therapist Experience performing multiple types of evaluations to determine the client's functioning level Current knowledge of treatment practices per discipline and the proven drive to continually learn and grow in the profession Strong organizational skills, self-initiative and desire for ongoing learning Ability to guide and educate family members and caregivers using a family-centered approach to intervention Observe, note, and report on progress of long and short term treatment goals Collect data and document processes followed Good documentation and writing skills PA state licensure Clean Child Abuse Clearance and Criminal Background Checks We offer Strong mentorship with ongoing supervision and support Training in Universal Exercise Unit and other therapies Varied pediatric caseload Flexible scheduling options
