This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your significant experience in customer service to facilitate the end-to-end relocation process for corporate transferees and families.
Position Responsibilities:
Counsels transferees on policy benefits. Coordinates household goods services and family services. Counsels and assists transferees with expense submission. Collaborates with internal teams to ensure services are delivered accurately and timely. Participates in ongoing training initiatives to stay current on new systems and processes.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience providing service through the telephone and via email, preferably in the relocation industry
Additional Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and administrative skills Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks Ability to follow policies and procedures Can-do attitude Genuine desire to help others Team oriented mindset, with a strong sense of care and urgency Desire to embrace our core values: Client Focus, Results, Responsibility & Accountability, Collaboration and Innovation.
