We specialize in feeding, swallowing, oral motor development, and sensory processing — and we deliver care where children actually live and learn, in their homes and communities. We're growing our North and Central County caseload and looking for a therapist based in or near this area. Because all services are delivered in client homes, you'll work close to where you live — there's no commute to an office and no expectation that you'll drive down to South County. We're a small, clinician-led team. You'll be known here, you'll have a say in how your caseload is built, and you'll have real access to mentorship. If you love this population but have felt worn down by productivity quotas and back-to-back clinic scheduling, this is a different model. What You'll Do Evaluate and treat pediatric clients in the home and natural environment, including infants, toddlers, and children with medical complexity Complete feeding and oral motor assessments and write clear, defensible reports Coach caregivers so progress carries over between sessions Document in our EMR (Jane App) within practice timelines Collaborate with pediatricians, specialists, and RCOC service coordinators What We're Looking For Required Current California OT license (CBOT) in good standing, or license-eligible NBCOT certification and a degree from an ACOTE-accredited program Prior pediatric OT experience , including hands-on work with infants and toddlers. Reliable transportation, valid CA driver's license, current auto insurance Current CPR; ability to clear background check, Live Scan, and TB screening Comfort working autonomously in family homes while staying connected to a team Strong written communication and consistent documentation follow-through Preferred Residence in or near North or Central Orange County Pediatric feeding, oral motor, or dysphagia experience SWC, CLC, CKTP, NDT, or sensory integration training Regional Center, early intervention, or home-based experience Bilingual Compensation & Benefits $60-$70 per hour , based on experience and credentials Paid drive time — all travel between client homes during your workday is paid time Mileage reimbursement at the current IRS standard rate Paid time off , accruing from your first day on a prorated basis, and paid out in full at separation Paid sick leave accruing from day one Clinical supervision and mentorship All required training paid in full , including registration costs and your time attending Professional development support — continuing education, conferences, and credentialing programs such as NDT, SIPT, and SOS Feeding may be reimbursed with advance approval Workers' compensation coverage from day one Monthly business expense stipend covering work-related use of your personal phone and supplies Bi-weekly pay with direct deposit Structured reviews at 90 days and annually, with merit increase eligibility after six months Path to full-time (30+ hours/week) as your caseload grows Why Clinicians Stay In-house feeding mentorship built for clinicians pursuing Advanced Practice Approval in Swallowing Geographically clustered caseloads.
