Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as an Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the Cincinnati area. This flexible position offers 12 hours per week at a welcoming school setting, with the added possibility to combine with an additional 8-hour opening nearby, allowing for an expanded schedule if desired. Therapists will work within a collaborative educational team focused on making a lasting difference in students' lives.
Key Qualifications:
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Ohio Experience providing school-based OT services preferred Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families Organized, reliable, and passionate about supporting children's developmental progress COTAs must be eligible for on-site or remote supervision
Position Details and Duties:
Provide direct therapy services to students as prescribed in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Assess students' functional abilities in the school environment, supporting sensory, fine motor, and self-help skills Collaborate closely with educational and therapeutic teams to develop and adjust interventions Maintain session documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and legal requirements Engage in consultation with teachers and parents to support student success in diverse learning environments
