Key Qualifications:

Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Valid South Carolina licensure (or eligibility for reciprocity) Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Adaptability and commitment to evidence-based practices Familiarity with school documentation systems and IEP development is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of communication disorders for students Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and specialists Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in accordance with students' needs Maintain accurate records and participate in annual reviews, staff meetings, and parent conferences Serve as a valuable resource to staff and families regarding speech, language, and communication development
