Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement personalized therapy programs to enhance patients' functional independence in their home, assisted or independent living facility Duties Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's goals, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and discharge planning Provide hands-on therapy interventions in assisted living, independent living and in patients home. Manage case documentation meticulously while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and safety measures to promote ongoing progress Skills Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to occupational therapy practice Expertise in assisting with ADLs such as dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility tasks Skilled in developing care plans that address specific needs related to geriatrics, post-acute recovery, or outpatient therapy Excellent communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams and educating patients' families or caregivers Join us as an Occupational Therapist committed to transforming lives through expert care and compassionate service. $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
