Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our healthcare team on a contract assignment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality occupational therapy services, develop individualized treatment plans, and help patients improve their independence and quality of life.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist looking to expand their professional experience while working in a new healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients' physical, functional, and developmental needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide occupational therapy treatments according to established care plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, techniques, and home programs. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Follow facility policies, clinical standards, and applicable regulations. Promote patient safety, independence, and overall quality of life.

Requirements:

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in TN state.. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current CPR/BLS certification. Previous clinical experience required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Reliable, professional, and patient-focused approach.
