Job Description

Occupational Therapist (OT) Full-Time or Part-Time Appalachian Pediatric Therapy, LLC is growing, and we are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our pediatric therapy team! We believe therapy should be fun, engaging, individualized, and centered around the whole child. Our clinic provides a welcoming environment where therapists can build meaningful relationships with children and their families while helping each child develop the skills they need to thrive. What You'll Do Provide individualized occupational therapy services to children in a pediatric clinic setting Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Address fine motor, visual-motor, sensory processing, self-care, and functional skills Collaborate with families and other members of the child's therapy team Provide caregiver education and support Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records Participate as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team Create fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate therapy experiences We're Looking For Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Tennessee Pediatric experience preferred, but motivated therapists interested in pediatrics are encouraged to apply A compassionate, patient, and family-centered approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Someone who enjoys working with children and making therapy fun!
